Tablet PC   

A mechanic can operate the machine using a Tablet PC, allowing full mobility around the vehicle as well as control from inside the cabin.

Customizable Road Simulation

The system allows technicians to simulate a wide range of road conditions directly from the main control panel. Available road profiles include:

 

• Speed breakers ( Single & Aternative with Height Adjustment)

• Rumble strips    ( Variable Height Adjustment up to 20mm )

• Brick roads         ( Variable Height Adjustment up to 20mm )

• Off-road terrain

• All four wheels can be tested independently with above road effects

The simulation speed can also be adjusted to replicate real driving conditions at various speeds.

Four Independent Testing Stations

Equipped with four electronically controlled stations—one for each tyre—the E4 Model uses an integrated PLC and HMI control system to ensure precise, synchronized movement. This delivers a 100% accurate replication of real road experiences, enabling thorough suspension and noise analysis.

Mechanic tilts the tyres side-to-side to detect looseness or damage in components such as ball joints, tie-rod ends, and other suspension joint
