The primary advantage of this equipment is that it eliminates the need for a test ride on actual roads after vehicle repair or servicing. Many garages are located in densely populated areas where access to different types of road conditions is limited. By using this equipment, mechanics can avoid real-road testing, which saves fuel, reduces time, and minimizes the risk of accidents.
The system also allows mechanics to make video calls with vehicle owners to show defects beneath the vehicle and identify abnormal noises both under the chassis and inside the cabin.
Setting up the stations under the tyres takes only a few minutes, and the machine is designed to be easy to operate and user-friendly.

Two Independent Testing Stations for front & Two Supporting Frame for rear of vehicle

Equipped with two electronically controlled stations—one for each tyre—the E2 Model uses an integrated PLC and HMI control system to ensure precise, synchronized movement. This delivers a 100% accurate replication of real road experiences, enabling thorough suspension and noise analysis.

Mechanic tilts the tyres side-to-side to detect looseness or damage in components such as ball joints, tie-rod ends, and other suspension joint

  • Brick roads         ( Variable Height Adjustment up to 20mm )

The simulation speed can also be adjusted to replicate real driving conditions at various speeds.
